Room is spacious and clean. Tv got HBO!! And Netflix account for self login

The room has bathtub with a reasonable price and my family enjoy it very much. Bathtub got air jet message function.

The nearby location is a normal neighbourhood. But it’s very easy to call grab and hotel help us to call a 5:15am taxi with a reasonable price. Laundry service fee also reasonable. No surcharge.

The staff is very polite and helpful. Bed is comfortable

Got an upgrade for a small.price but didn't worth it at all. The room was similar with a " Jacuzzi " that was very very small. The water pressure was so low that I wasn't able to use it anyway neither take a regular shower. No curtain so water everywhere. The bathroom was kind of a disaster.

Good location, good room, good staff, good price

Good location, clean, safe. Large family room - nice jet tub! Very nice staff. The front desk girls are super helpful. Cleaning staff very good!

When you leave and take your key - all power is off - nothing charges (phones, laptops, cameras and you return to a very hot room and it takes a while to cool down.

Fantastic.

The Staff are all very helpful and very friendly. They speak English and that made it very easy to live there. Very well organised, clean and the 2 Receptionists , Anna and Nancy were very helpful. It is a very well located.

I would have loved to have a desk in my room, as I had to study and spend lots of hours working.

Nice clean, Modern hotel, Excellent TV. Anna At reception was very nice helpful and speaks Good English. The Breakfast was good and staff were nice and helpful. I have stayed here twice, would thoroughly recommend Nick from New Zealand

A comfy place

The staff here always friendly and wanting to help Especially Anna at the front desk. We had an issue with our booking and we had ro call her from up north. She was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good lots of fresh fruit and juice. Beds were very comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Anna from reception who spoke english, and the lady who took orders at breakfast. The room was comfortable. A good selection of food at breakfast. I had my laundry done and it was returned within a couple of hours, great affordable service thank you.
